The Hotel Santa Cruz II is a country resort in the Sierra Nevada National Park, eight kilometres from the ski resort and 22 kilometres from Granada city centre. This five-storey hotel features 44 guestrooms, all of which include simple, light decor and tiled floors. All offer balconies, televisions, telephones and safes. Bathrooms have bidets and handheld showers.
The hotel's neighbouring Santa Cruz I, one kilometre away, is home to the La Encina Restaurant, offering traditional Spanish cuisine and a selection of wines served in an informal, modern ambience. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk for all-hours assistance, and guests can warm up in front of the lobby fireplace and enjoy a drink in the bar. The following amenities are available for guests to use in the neighbouring Santa Cruz I, one kilometre away; the outdoor pool is open in the summer, and there is also a football field, volleyball court, ping pong and tennis tables, hiking and mountain biking trails, archery and shooting. Fitness enthusiasts can work out in the gym, and two saunas provide a chance to soothe sore muscles. A complimentary bus service provides access to the ski resort, ten kilometres away, and car rental is available with parking nearby. The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring the surrounding area; Granada's ancient El Albaicín - the Moorish district, Alhambra Palace with its charming tiled patios and gardens, and the main sights of the city centre are 22 kilometres away. Granada Airport is 60 minutes by car, 60 kilometres (38 miles) from the hotel.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
A bus runs between the airport and the Avda. de la Constitución, Gran Vía and Palacio de Congresos, from where it is possible to get a connecting bus to the Sierra Nevada. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding Andalucian countryside.
